The property is approximately 3.7 acres in size and is located in the northwest portion of the southwest quarter of Section 12 in Township 5 South, Range 7 East of the Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian. Approximate geographic coordinates are 33 0' 10.04 North, 111 35' 43.90 West. The property is currently unoccupied and is developed with a single-family residence and a commercial building. A chain-link fence encloses the area behind the structures. The property is also developed with a concrete pad, a metal shade canopy, a groundwater well, a small metal chicken coop, and an asphalt-paved parking area. The remainder of the property is vacant land. Properties in the property vicinity consisted of agricultural crop land, a commercial dairy facility, and native desert land. Historical documents indicates the property was developed with several small structures, likely residential, associated with agricultural crop land on and adjacent to the property by 1937. The property was re-developed with the residential and commercial buildings observed at the time of the reconnaissance in the 1960s and 1970s. In 1980 an underground storage tank (UST) containing gasoline was installed at the Site, and this UST and associated fuel dispenser were permanently removed from service in 1998. Past commercial uses of the Site during these years include a convenience store, museum, and bar. In 2010 the Site was sold to the Gila River Indian Community and has been vacant since approximately that time.
