Additional Property Attributes

There were debris piles on the site which are of concern since this could have been an illegal dumping area. Sampling has concluded that the debris is not hazardous. This property is adjacent to the current Salvation Army Women's Shelter and will be developed as more housing for an additional 120 women and children. Former Use: This undeveloped property is adjacent to the current Women's and Children's shelter operated by Salvation Army. This tract was donated to the Salvation Army by a private individual with the intent that a new women's and children's shelter will be built upon the site..
