Additional Property Attributes

Phase 2 ESA included a methamphetamine survey which confirmed that presence of methamphetamine at the Site. Phase 2 ESA also included visual inspections for mercury, PCBs, and mold; none of which were identified, with the exception of 1802 Phoenix #635 where the potential for mold was identified. Survey results and visual inspections were documented in the Phase 2 ESA report and a cost estimate for cleanup was completed. TBA benefits include community benefit sustainable reuse/Brownfields prevention, reduction of environmental threats, use of existing infrastructure, and community involvement.
