Additional Property Attributes

A Grocery Outlet was constructed on the southern portion of the Wye Road property. A parcel split occurred and the northern portion of the parcel renumbered as 010-490-14. A second Phase I ESA was requested to facilitate continued redevelopment of the north portion of the Wye Road property. The proposed reuse of this site is a multi-function government building as a public-private venture. Construction of the multifunction government building began in March 2020. Former Use: The property is a 6.3-acre parcel in Bishop, CA, located at the corner of Wye Road and U.S. Hwy 6. Joseph Enterprises LLC acquired the property through private party purchase from Jon Cashbaugh/Cashbaugh Trust in April 2001. There was no known land use by the prior owner.
