Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is approximately 0.79 acres and is currently used as a parking lot accommodating employees of the adjacent County Courthouse and correctional facility. The historical land use included a mix of residential properties and small commercial businesses. A dry cleaner and a gas station operated on adjoining parcels until the 1970s and 1950s, respectively. Benzene, perchloroethylene, tricholoroethylene and vinyl chloride were detected in soil gas samples above environmental levels of potential concern. Vinyl chloride was also detected in groundwater samples above environmental levels of potential concern.
