Former Use: The property is approximately 1,320 acres and is owned by GRIC. The Site was previously leased by various businesses for maintenance and storage of aircraft and associated parts. The property currently consists of two runways configured in a �V-shape� and connected by Airfield Lane. Prior to 1978, fuel pads, a tower footing, and electrical vault existed on the west side of the airport between the west runway and the taxiway. Since 1978, several structures and storage buildings were constructed on the property for tenant uses.
