Additional Property Attributes

The property in its current condition is clearly blighted. As such it represents a hazard to the community as well as an economic drag. Reuse and redevelopment of the property would improve and increase property values generally in the neighborhood of the site, would provide additional housing, and would eliminate a substantial hazard to the neighborhood and to nearly a thousand 8th and 9th grade students who are adjacent to the property each school day. Assessment work is the first step in this process.

Former Use: The property is 1.45 acres with building debris across the site. The area was historically industrial including a wool mill, dye storage, a UST and garages.
Residential (1.45)
