Additional Property Attributes

The property is blighted. It represents a hazard to the community as well as an economic drag. Redevelopment of the property would improve property values generally in the neighborhood of the site, would provide additional housing, and would eliminate a hazard to the neighborhood and to students who are in the vicinity of the property each school day. Reuse is difficult to determine at this point due to the uncertainty associated with the property. The site is in a good location, so redevelopment is likely once the environmental issues are resolved.

Former Use: he property is 0.44 acres with no structures. The area was historically industrial including a wood planing mill. Surrounding properties are residential.
