Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I report for the 301 Hillsborough Street property was received on 5/26/2006. (PPF - 301 Hillsborough Street, 5/26/06) The QAPP was submitted to EPA on August 18, 2006. Phase II assessment activities were not implemented at the site to expend funds on higher priority sites.

Former Use: Residential, small used car lot, and maintenance and calibration laboratory; was a municipal building when the Phase I ESA was completed. The building has since been razed. A contract was signed to sell the site to Hillsborough Street Partners in July 2006. However the sale has not been finalized due to financing problems.
