Parcels currently asphalt parking lots across from Memorial Auditorium and convention center- high redevelopment potential

Former Use: Five contiguous parcels, including former gasoline service stations, automotive repair facilities, and dry cleaning operations. A sixth parcel, the former Raleigh Convention Center, was removed from the Brownfield Assessment program due to construction schedule needs. The sites are currently paved parking lots owned by the City of Raleigh and leased to a private operator.
