The Glacier Hotel site is composed of three free-standing buildings and is located in the Cut Bank business corridor. The largest building on the site is a bar/lounge complex located on the north end of the site. The structure was originally three stories, and has had subsequent two-story and single-story additions. The total area of the structure is approximately 32,000 square feet (sf). The structure has a tiered flat roof and multiple types of flooring materials. The second-largest structure is an old motel building located on the south end of the site. The total area of the motel is approximately 7,500 sf. The structure has a flat roof and multiple types of flooring materials. The smallest structure (approximately 1,500 sf) is an old office building located in the center of the site. The structure has a flat roof and multiple types of flooring material.

Former Use: The property is owned by Donald and Monte Burlingame. The original building in the bar/lounge complex was constructed in 1927 and additions to the building were completed in 1957 and 1965. The original structure in the bar/lounge complex formerly served as the Glacier County Courthouse. The upstairs of the building served as a jail, and the basement contained a large safe. Later the building was converted to a bar and lounge. The office and motel buildings were both constructed in the early 1970s. The office building originally held a beauty salon on the first floor and business suites above. The motel served its original purpose from its construction until its closing. The property owners intend to renovate the building to create apartment housing, a restaurant, and a conference center.
