Additional Property Attributes

Greater Austin Neighborhoods intended to develop the property into a creative warehouse maker space with classes and training for the local community. Due to various concerns with the site, including zoning/permitting issues, the potential purchaser decided against buying the property.

Former Use: The property was originally developed before 1940 with what appeared to be two small buildings that look residential.The Subject Property is currently occupied by Alkusari Stone warehouse, which houses stone, wood, ceramic, and cement products for the Alkusari Stone business. Two warehouse buildings and one office building are located on the Subject Property. The warehouse on the north side of the Subject Property is approximately 9,500 square feet; the warehouse on the west side of the Subject Property is approximately 9,000 square feet; and the office building in the south corner of the Subject Property is approximately 2,500 square feet (Figure 3). Alkusari Stone products are stored inside the warehouses as well as outside in areas of the Subject Property.
