Additional Property Attributes

This is an undevleoped wooded industrially zoned site with woods to the east and north; woods and industrial to the south and Glasgow Street on the west adjoining property. Records show no development on the majority of the property. There was a residential structure on the northern portion constructed in 1959. The Phase I was part of due diligence.

Former Use: The property is a vacant industrial site. Past use has been vacant with the exception of a residential structure on the northern end; this no longer exists. The November 2015 Phase I ESA was conducted to support the due diligence of a prospective purchaser (Jamel Simms). Frank H. Regan, the owner at the time of the November 2015 Phase I ESA, purchased the property on 12/7/1990. Property records as of September 2018 indicate a transfer of the property to Fidel Altamira Pausano on 1/26/2018.
