Additional Property Attributes

An approx. 0.42 acre parcel with a two-story office and warehouse building; The structure was constructed in 1949 with a addition between 1965 and 1968. The current occupant is ARC, a printing company. There are asphalt paved access and parking areas.

Former Use: The current structure was built approx. 1949; past uses include wholesale paints and auto parts (1949-1960'3); medical equipment supplier (1960's and 1970's); a florist (late 1980's); and a printing facility (late 1980's to present). An addition was added on north side between 1965 and 1968. Prior to 1908 and presumably longer the land was undeveloped. The property was purchased by ACD Partners on 9/2/1986. The current property owner (Progress Dodson III LLC) purchased the property on 9/1/2015.
