Additional Property Attributes

This property is currently owned by the City. The planned use is a small plaza and an entrance to an historic trail. This site had two RECs; one due to historical dry cleaning sites upgradient to the property and two historical automotive stations upgradient to the property. When redevelopment occurs, the small space will be a gateway to a historic trail and a pocket park in East Austin. This will leverage $1m. Former Use: The site has been owned by the city since the blocks were platted in the early 1900's. It has never been developed.
