Additional Property Attributes

The property is located on the western entrance to Livingston and was a former gas station and store. The property has been vacant for about 7 years and is currently for lease. Historically, the site had three petroleum releases that were resolved with MDEQ in the 90s. However, the site still has tanks in the ground. The phase II soil sampling did not find contaminants above benchmarks in the soil. The building was inspected for ACM and lead based paint. ACM, LBP, PCB-containing equipment and a mercury thermostat were identified in the building. If the building is renovated or demolished ACM, LBP and the PCB-containing equipment may need to be abated and disposed of properly.

Former Use: The property is a vacant former gas station and store. In April 2015, BVA2, LLC purchased the property.
