The Phase II ESA has confirmed the presence of petroleum contaminants of concern associated with with dispenser island at the Site along with some asbestos-containing material (ACM), lead-based paint (LBP), and lead-in-soil contamination. Additional assessment to further refine/delineate the vertical and horizontal extent of sub-surface soil and groundwater contamination associated with the dispenser island at the Site.
