Additional Property Attributes

Bent County would like to conduct demolition activities on Building 303 at the Ft. Lyon Facility. Based on previous investigations, asbestos-containing material (ACM) and lead-based paint (LBP) had previously been identified in the building. This TBA included an ACM survey to determine and/or refine the locations and extents of ACM at the building and visual inspections for PCBs, mercury, and mold. For this TBA project, all paint inside the building was considered LBP. Contaminants identified in the building were ACM.
