Additional Property Attributes

Former tool house, gas station/food and hardware store, and apartments. The most recent building on the property suffered damage from a fire in October of 2013. The property remained vacant and abandoned since that time. In the late summer of 2016, the damaged building was demolished.

Former Use: Property is currently vacant. Previous operations included a tool house and other garage-type buildings in the early to mid-1900s. The most recent building on the Property was built in 1967. The north end of the building was used for commercial purposes while the southern end was used as apartments.. This building housed a filling station/grocery store/hardware store operation up through 2013. The building was damaged by fire in October of 2013 and demolished in late summer of 2016. The property tax reverted to the township in 2016.
