Additional Property Attributes

The Site is 366.1 acres in size and consists of agricultural land and wetlands (Figure ES-1). The property was acquired by South County Regional Wastewater Authority (SCRWA) in the mid-1990s and is currently being leased for agricultural use to Mission Farmers of King City, California. Planned redevelopment includes a high-speed rail line with facilities for rail maintenance and security training.

Former Use: Historical aerial photographs indicate that the Site has been maintained as agricultural land since 1953.
