Additional Property Attributes

The City of Fort Collins is seeking to redevelop the Site for potential use such as public meeting space, a community marketplace, or office space for a school or non profit organization. Previous information indicated the possibility that a UST(s) may be or had been located at the Site. Results of this Phase II ESA did not identify impacts associated with USTs in soil, groundwater or soil gas sampling. The only exceedances were reports for minimal soil volumes present inside drain sumps. This Phase II ESA identified LBP as the Site and confirmed extents of ACM identified in a previous survey.

Former Use: The City of Fort Collins took ownership in 1919 and used the building site for trolley car storage and maintenance until 1950 when it was the used for the City Street Maintenance Department since 1989 and by the City Historical Society for office and storage space.
