Additional Property Attributes

The project site consists of multiple small previously residential parcels, some of which have vacant residential structures. The site is targeted for mixed use , including a grocery store, and a small shopping center. It is part of the East End revitalization efforts.along N. 25th Street and Nine Mile Road.
