Additional Property Attributes

Salt Lake City is in need of affordable and low income housing. This new project will create construction jobs, redevelop a high use Transit Oriented Development stop and provide low income housing. The public will benefit since an older building will be redeveloped and affordable housing will be available by a light rail stop.

Former Use: Residential use in 1911. Building added in 1926 with additions in 60s and 70s. Site of chlorinated LUST adjacent to petro LUST and other dry cleaners.
