Additional Property Attributes

The building is portioned into three separate areas: 1) Former Hospital: One-story building, with a basement, approximately 22,500 sq. ft. The west section of the hospital was constructed in 1953 and the east section in 1969; 2) Sadie Copulos Building: One-story annex, built in 1985, with Stillwater County Offices located in the basement; and 3) Meadowlark Assisted Living: Two-story apartment- building built between 1999 and 2000. This section of the building was not assessed as part of this TBA. Stillwater County is planning to redevelop the property for county offices. Results of this Phase II ESA identified ACM, LBP, mercury thermostats, and mold at the Site. Former Use: The property has been utilized as a hospital since 1920. The current building was the Stillwater County Hospital from 1958 to 2013. Stillwater County owns the property.
