Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Dean and Deborah Hoag currently own the parcel. Records indicate that a warranty deed for the property was recorded January 1990. The previous site owner was Mr. Luverne Fletcher who owned the site until 1990. The property contains two commercial service garages and two small storage sheds. The main office building was built in 1910 as a service garage. The second service garage was built in the 1940's and the two small storage sheds have been at the site since approximately the early 1990's. The site is currently a battery, metals, electronics, and wood pallet recycling center. There is no historical cultural significance known.
