The Site is composed of one 22-acre parcel developed with a 700-square-foot wood, single-story house and well pump shed. The house is currently vacant and dilapidated. A pole-mounted transformer is located on the north side of the dirt driveway near the house. A path leads from the house westward to the beach and Pacific Ocean. The majority of the Site is densely vegetated with trees, bushes, and a marshland located in the central western portion of the property. The Site is currently unused, but is planned for redevelopment as a gathering place for ceremonial and educational functions by the Elk Valley Rancheria, California Tribe. The renovation or demolition of painted surfaces containing lead should be conducted in compliance with the California Occupational Safety and Health Administration Lead Construction Standard.

Former Use: According to information reviewed, the historical land use has been residential. The house was occupied until 2013 and is currently vacant and uninhabitable due to mold and wood rot.
