Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is used by light industrial and commercial industries including BNSF, tire shop, automotive/farming equipment parts and supply, welding shop, multiple trucking companies, and steel and recycling center. The subject property land is owned by the City of Miles City and is leased to local businesses. The City has given the �option to purchase� to two current lessees. While de minimis amounts of soil staining was observed, results of the Phase I ESA conducted did not identify any RECs, HRECs, or CRECs in connection with the subject property. No buildings were included as part of the subject property assessed. Non-scope considerations were not included as part of the Phase I ESA.

Former Use: The property was patented (#1122295, 25-93-0281, 25-83-0289) to Miles City in 1947 for industrial & recreational use. City does not own bldgs or any aboveground structures.
