Additional Property Attributes

The Site is located on relatively flat vacant land at an elevation of approximately 84 feet above mean sea level. The Site is bordered by Brookhurst Street to the west and Stanford Avenue to the east. Lampson Avenue and Nutwood Street bisect the Site. The site parcels are zoned as �Brookhurst/Chapman Specific Plan � Brookhurst Chapman Commercial� and �Adaptive Reuse.� The surrounding area generally consists of residential homes, commercial buildings, schools, parks, and hospitals.

Former Use: Based on a review of historical documents and general information provided by the City, the parcels were used as a former railroad from the early 1900s to early 1960s. In 1982, the Orange County Transportation Authority purchased sections of the railroad easement. The Site parcels are currently vacant and undeveloped.
