Additional Property Attributes

The subject site occupies approximately 9.5 acres. It is comprised of 3 parcels of property bordered to the east by Industrial Road and to the south by Murray Road. The property has one primary structure, an engineered metal building originally consisting of approximately 141,000 square feet with a brick and glass front facade. In 2015, demolition of approximately 75,534 square feet of the northwest portion of the primary structure occurred. There is an additional engineered metal building to the west of the primary structure known as the "boiler plant" and it is approximately 5,500 sq ft in size.

Former Use: Site is currently occupied. historically, it was developed in the 1960s as a latex condom manufacturing and packaging plant and operated as such until 2012.
