Additional Property Attributes

Business was purchased by Global Values in early 2017 after completing a Phase I ESA and limited Phase II investigation. Property sale to Global Values fell through due to the need for addition site investigation. Next prospective purchaser is in the process of developing commercial redevelopment plans. Property was purchased in 2019 by Connor Brothers Redevelopment LLC. Connor Brothers has developed a corrective action plan, redevelopment plan and accessed brownfields cleanup loans. They are currently marketing the property to find a lessee for build to suit. Former Use: Site has operated as a granite manufacturing business for more than 80 years. Mineral spirits were used in the granite washing process.
