Additional Property Attributes

The Urban Land Conservancy (ULC) is looking to acquire this land for multiple phases of development, including affordable housing and mixed-use /commercial space to meet neighborhood needs. Results of the Phase I ESA did not identify any recognized environmental conditions (RECs), controlled recognized environmental conditions (CRECs) or historical recognized environmental conditions (HRECs) associated with the property. One non-scope consideration identified is the possibility of an elevated background level of selenium in groundwater.

Former Use: Historic records indicate that the subject property was utilized for agricultural farm land from the 1930s through the 1990s. The property has been vacant since that time.
