Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources document the property was vacant land in at least 1947. Light logging activities occurred onsite from at least 1956 until approximately 1976. The property was developed between 1982 and 1987 with three small commercial/light industrial structures on the central and northwestern portions. In 1988, the two structures on the central portion were demolished, and the property was redeveloped with the current eastern building. The small structure on the northwestern portion was demolished between 1997 and 2002. In 2002, the current western building was constructed to complete the current layout. we were unable to determine the occupants of the three small commercial/light industrial structures on the property. According to interviews with the owner representative and various representatives of the City of Jacksboro and Campbell County, the property has been occupied by Bushtec Trailers, a trailer manufacturer with a machine shop since at least 1992 and likely since construction in 1988.
