Additional Property Attributes

Historically used as a coal storage yard, operating since the 1880s into the early 1900s, and later as a parking lot area for BFG Electroplating and Manufacturing Co. for over 50 years until the company relocated to Jeffrey Boulevard in Hamburg in 2004. In review of historic information for the property did not identify any specific records documenting impacts from the historic operations; however, considering operations have taken place for over 100 years on the property, there is significant potential for environmental impacts to have occurred.

Former Use: Current property owners are BFG Electroplating & Manufacturing Co. Historically the property was used for coal storage prior to use as a parking lot.
