Additional Property Attributes

Historically was developed and used as a horse shoe nail manufacturing facility from the late 1840s to the early 1900s. Historically the parcel was used by Eagle Horse Nail Company and improved with a single-story structure. In 1918 Au Sable Horse Nail Company was bought by Michael Callanan and he continued to manufacture and sell small quantities of nails until 1923. R. Prescott & Sons purchased the property in 1925 when they scrapped the machinery and began production of wood furniture and coffins. Mr. Moore leased the building to Barde Bra & Girdle, Robert Rollins Blazers, Trebbor, and Avalanche Luge. The building is currently vacant.
