Additional Property Attributes

Historically the property was used as a railroad passenger station and fertilizer and oil/coal distribution business since the early 1900s. In review of historic aerial photographs and historic Sanborn maps an 80,000-gallon tank was present on the subject property from at least 1917 to at least 1935. No environmental reports have been conducted on the property though suspected contamination includes fertilizer, coal and pesticides.

Former Use: The site has been dormant for 20 years, no envirormental investigations have been conducted.
