Additional Property Attributes

The property is located in an area with mainly commercial development. The Canajoharie Creek divides the plant area into a western (�the west side�) which was mainly occupied by offices and the processing plant, and an eastern portion (�the east side�) which was occupied by the packaging and plant warehouse space. The west side and the east side are connected by a series of pedestrian foot bridges that also allowed for forklift access.

Former Use: The facility was food processing from 1891-2010 formerly owned by Beech Nut and now by T D Development Inc. The County has received temporary incidents of ownership.
