Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Number of Parcels and Acreage - One parcel containing 10.9 acres Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was vacant and agricultural land from at least 1952 until the northern portion of an industrial building was constructed in approximately 1973. The building was expanded to the south from 1976 to 1979. The property was occupied by a clothing manufacturer with cutting, sewing, and screen printing operations until between 2012 and 2016 when the building was demolished. The property has been vacant land since that time. The southwest corner of the subject property was developed between 1952 and 1976 with the current self-service car wash.
