Additional Property Attributes

Missoula County is performing a major renovation of the Fairgrounds, which has operated at this location for many years. Before any redevelopment could begin, an environmental assessment was needed to determine if any contamination exists on the property. The results of the assessment confirmed elevated levels of lead in the soil adjacent to some of the buildings, asbestos in some of the buildings and minor petroleum impacts at the maintenance facility.
