Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Residential Original Phase I was conducted by Cardno as part of planned acquisition of the parcels. Because several years elapsed before planned acquisition a new Phase I ESA was completed for the 2097 Columbia Ave Parcel. The historical record review indicated the Subject Property was undeveloped prior to 1938 until a residence was constructed in the late 1960s. The residence was demolished, and the Subject Property has been vacant since the early 1990s. Adjoining/nearby properties consist of vacant wooded land. Historically, adjoining/nearby properties have consisted of residences. This assessment did not reveal any recognized environmental conditions (RECs) in connection with the Subject Property.
