The 5.6-acre subject property is within the limits of Merrick Circle, located to the east of the circle and north of the railroad tracks. The property is unsecured (without fencing) and covered with vegetation. Structures that remain on the property are the roundhouse, a 100-foot turntable, and the former oil house building. There are three petroleum storage tanks in the basement of the oil house, the contents of which were reportedly pumped out in 2006.

Former Use: Formerly owned/operated by LVRR for maintenance & repair of railroad cars and engines. RECs include soil and GW contamination, potential Oof-site contaminant migration.
