Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property consists of a 1,065 square foot single family home. The site was being considered for purchase by the Nevada Rural Housing Authority who was interested in redeveloping the property for use as its headquarters. A Phase I ESA was performed on the property and no RECS were found. No additional investigations were recommended. NRHA chose not to purchase the property for redevelopment and the property was purchased by a private owner in 2018.
