Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Lakeview Golf Course is a 62.5 acre property consisting of an 18-hole golf course with seven man-made pools, pro shop and clubhouse, equipment yard, and pump house. The property has been used as a golf course since 1979. The property was put on the market due to declining revenues. Although there was interest from housing developers, Nye County and the Town of Pahrump prioritized the importance of the recreational and open space opportunities the property provided for the community. The property was purchased by Nye County in 2018 and remains in use as a municipal golf course.
