Additional Property Attributes

Property has a basement with apparent water damage and an AST in the boiler room. The property has exposed insulation in the attic and household amounts of various solvents in both apartments and in the basement including varnish remover and kerosene. One AST in the basement with localized adjacent staining and corroding paint.

Former Use: The property was purchased by Machias Savings Bank in 2017, and subsequently transferred ownership to Sunrise County Economic Council in 2018.
