Additional Property Attributes

The Site is currently vacant, with some fire debris piled up in mounds. Remnants of walls and overhanging structures are present in the rear of the facility; these are likely unstable. Currently, the Site is inaccessible due to a wooden fence along the northern portion, the walls of the adjacent buildings to the east and west, and a remnant of a wall of the former building to the south.

Former Use: The Site historically operated as a retail furniture store until a fire consumed the building on or about September 14, 2012.
