Additional Property Attributes

In 2016, a fire destroyed most of the Site structures and only a single story residence and a groundwater well house remain on the Site. The residence is approximately 700 square feet and is uninhabitable as a result of fire. The well house is an approximately 100 square foot painted building, and did not appear to have fire damage. Currently, the Site is unoccupied and contains burned portions of the residence, barns and stable, shed, garbage and debris piles located throughout the property; burned sheds and corral and garage piles located on the central and northern portions of the Site, respectively; burned lumber piles located on the western portion of the Site; and wetlands area on the southeastern portion of the Site. In addition, a downed power pole is located south of the residence.

Former Use: The historical activities at the Site included horse breeding from 1957 until the early 2000s. The Site has been unoccupied since March 2015. In 2016, a fire destroyed most of the Site structures and only an uninhabitable single story residence and an undamaged groundwater well house remain on the Site during the July 13, 2017 site visit.
