Additional Property Attributes

The Kickapoo Tribe in Kansas contracted out Mustardseed Cultural and Environmental Services, LLC (MCE) to conduct a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA). MCE performed the ESA in conformance with the scope and limitations of ASTM Practice E1527-05 of the property. The ESA revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the property.

Former Use: The subject property is a two (2) acre location in Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 16 East north of 120th Road in Horton, Brown County, Kansas. The subject property can be accessed via a trail from 120th Road. The subject property is vacant land that is approximately 1090 feet above mean sea level. The property is in the SW Quadrant of Tribal Allotment #79; 120th Street in Horton, Kansas. The property is currently undeveloped/agricultural land. According to regulatory review, the property has been owned by the Kickapoo Tribe in Kansas.
