Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Number of Parcels and Acreage - One parcel totaling 7.56 acres Northern Portion: A school building, residence and six outbuildings were present on the northern portion of the property in at least 1898. A primary school building was constructed on the northeastern portion of the property and a roadway �School� were developed on the property between 1898 and 1905. Between 1918 and 1925, additions were constructed on the northern, eastern, southern and western faces of the northern school building; additionally, and an outbuilding was constructed south of the northern school building. Between 1925 and 1941, the two school buildings and outbuilding were demolished. The current northeastern school building was constructed in 1928. The current northwestern school building was constructed in 1948. By 1959 the roadway �School� was no longer visible on the property. An addition was constructed on the western face of the northeastern school building between 1985 and 1992. An addition was constructed on the southern face of the northwestern school building between 1997 and 2006. The current school buildings have been vacant since at least July 2018. Southern Portion: Between 1898 and 1905, six residences and eight outbuildings were constructed on the southern portion of the property. Between 1905 and 1910, two outbuildings were demolished and one outbuilding was constructed on the southern portion of the property. Between 1910 and 1918, a residence and five outbuildings were demolished. The current resource building was constructed on the eastern portion of the property between 1959 and 1985. The remainder of the residences and outbuildings were demolished between 1959 and 2006.
