Additional Property Attributes

The previous operations and the adjacent and bisecting railroad lines indicated the possibility of contamination at the Site. Results of this Phase II ESA identified 40,892 chemical containers on site. This Limited Phase II ESA identified hazardous materials, hazardous waste, and mercury vapor indoors at the Site.

Former Use: The property was developed in the 1930s as a meat processing facility associated with the Historic Ogden Stock Yard. The City of Ogden took ownership in 2017.
