Additional Property Attributes

Historically, the property was used for industrial and commercial purposes, operating for approximately 60 years as a dairy processing plant as well as a construction warehouse and office and an automobile filing station and repair shop. A Phase I environmental assessment was conducted for the property in May 2011. Based on historic use, suspected contamination includes hazardous materials used or generated by machine/auto repair shops (solvents, cleaners, waste oil, coolants, etc.).

Former Use: The property is currently owned by JSE Associates, LLC. It has been vacant since the early 2000's.
