Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is an approximately 0.17-acre, rectangular tract of land with an approximately 1,200-square-foot brick and wood building located on the central portion of the property. An approximately 450-square-foot canopy is located on the northern portion of the property, and a 350-square-foot canopy extends from the building to the east. The eastern and northern portion of the property is covered by concrete drives and parking areas, while the southern portion of the property is primarily grass covered. The property is currently utilized as a car wash/car detailing facility. The current adjoining properties consist of retail stores to the south and southeast, an oil change/tire shop to the southwest, a car dealership to the northeast, commercial properties and/or offices to the north and northeast, and a machine shop to the west. North Columbus Avenue adjoins the eastern property boundary, and Mill Street adjoins the southern property boundary. Historically, the surrounding properties have been primarily commercial to the south, residential and commercial to the north and east, and light industrial to the west.
